If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your tutoring session, simply ask us and we will credit you for your class. Please contact your project manager who oversees all schedules and classes. We want you to be satisfied. Your success is our goal.

Guidelines for Class Credit:

Requests must be made in writing within 24 hours of class completion. Requests made beyond this deadline, or after the next subsequent class will be rejected. Once a request is made, an evaluation form must be completed, in full, by the student and approved by the project manager before any such class credit shall be granted. Evaluation forms must be returned to info@relaxandspeak.com, within 24 hours from the date received. Receiving class credit does not constitute fee reimbursement, but rather, an additionally scheduled class time with the assigned trainer to be taken within 5 days. Credited classes must be scheduled by the student with an ARTA agent, within 24 hours of receiving class credit approval by sending an email to: info@relaxandspeak.com. The credited class must be completed within 5 days from the date the approval notification email is sent by ARTA. Under no circumstances, will the allowable make-up time be extended beyond the 5 day grace period.
